By using this website or requesting services, you agree to the website provisions that apply to your interaction, subject to applicable law.

If a signed or otherwise binding commercial agreement conflicts with general website statements about a specific shipment, the applicable commercial agreement controls to the extent legally permitted.

Availability, vehicle specifications, cargo acceptance, transit estimates, handling requirements and service commitments must be confirmed separately for each request.

4. Quotes, Orders and Separate Agreements

A website inquiry or SMS exchange does not by itself create a binding transportation booking, price quote, insurance commitment or guarantee of cargo acceptance. Loads, pricing, accessorial charges, timing, allocation of responsibility and other commercial details should be confirmed using the appropriate rate confirmation, bill of lading, contract or other agreed business documentation.

We may request reasonably necessary shipment information before determining whether a transportation service can be offered. Any taxes, surcharges, detention or accessorial fees are subject to applicable agreed terms and law.

Mobile delivery is subject to carrier and device availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You do not need to participate in SMS to request our services by telephone.

10. Opt-Out Instructions — STOP

Reply STOP to the business number sending you SMS to withdraw from the applicable messaging program. After we process your opt-out, we may send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; additional program messages will stop unless you later provide valid consent for a new interaction or program. If you use more than one number or separate program, please identify the relevant contact channel if needed so we can honor your preference appropriately.

To participate again, follow the opt-in process then in effect, such as independently initiating a new SMS from the SMS Opt-In page, and provide any additional consent that may be required.

Personnel must be informed of the relevant message types, frequency, rates, STOP/HELP instructions and privacy terms, and Trucking King LLC must separately document any consent required for the applicable employee or driver use case. 14. No Emergency Reporting Through SMS

SMS is not monitored or guaranteed for emergency response and should not be relied on to report an imminent threat to life or safety. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services or the appropriate urgent-response contact. Time-critical shipment exceptions should be raised through the agreed operational channel.

15. Message Delivery and Technical Availability

We work to maintain available communications channels but do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or immediate SMS delivery, receipt or response. Service may be affected by carrier filtering, coverage, outages, security controls, device settings and third-party systems beyond our control. Where a shipment requires specific update intervals or escalation procedures, those expectations should be separately agreed.

16. Privacy and Security of Communications

SMS and ordinary email may not offer the level of confidentiality needed for highly sensitive information. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment credentials, banking passwords, government identification documents or protected health information by SMS. If changes materially affect an SMS program and consent must be renewed, we will seek appropriate consent rather than treating passive website use as a substitute.

21. Severability and Applicable Law

If any provision of these website Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply where permitted by law. These Terms do not override mandatory consumer-protection, transportation, communications or employment laws, nor do they change the governing-law provisions of a separately executed commercial agreement.
